INF is the type of file, the INF name of your device changes for every device. In your case it will be your keyboard INF you want to delete. If you know how to get to device manager then expand your keyboard tree, from there go to the properties of the keyboard driver and follow the directions below device manager - Keyboard - keyboard device (ex. Hid keyboard device) - right click it - properties - Details tab - drop down menue - INF name - that should tell you the name of the INF (ex. Keyboard.inf) go to C: windows INF scroll down until you find the name and delete the file (ex. Keyboard.inf) there could be multiple of them just deleted them windows will recreate them.

Scp Driver Ps3 Not Working
Once you delete the inf file, go back to device manger and right click the keyboard driver again, instead of properties select unistall then restart your computer. Does your keyboard work outside of the OS, try pressing like F2 to get into bios and test it out to see if it works. (if it doesnt work i would test another key board) if it does work out side the OS, try testing it in safe mode to see if it works there.
(if it doesnt something going on with the OS side, deleting INF should of taken care of it) If it works in safe then there could be a 3rd party program preventing it from working ( falling back to possibly the controller drivers trying to take over the keyboard drivers).
